Shipping Information
When do orders ship?
In-stock items without school logo decoration are shipping within 2-3 days from date of purchase. Orders process and ship Monday - Friday, during business hours. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin to process on Monday.
Allow an additional 7-10 business days for orders with embroidery/heat transfer items. If your order also contains non-decorated items, the entire order is shipped together in one package once the decorated items are complete. Splitting shipments is not possible. Rush embroidery/heat transfer processing is not available.

• Wednesday, 12/11 – All decorated orders placed by this date.
• Sunday, 12/15 – All non-decorated orders placed by this date.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
• Thursday, 12/18 – All non-decorated orders placed by this date.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
• Wednesday 12/19 – All non-decorated orders placed by this date.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are happy to offer free standard shipping promotions on an ongoing basis. The free shipping discount will apply once the order subtotal is over the advertised threshold (ex: Free shipping on orders over $99). Decoration charges do not apply to the order subtotal. Free shipping offer applies to Standard Shipping (Ground) for U.S. customers only on orders with subtotals up to $300.
When is the best time to place my order for back to school?
For orders with embroidery/heat transfer items, we recommend ordering a minimum of 5 weeks before the first day of school. Due to high volume during our busiest time of the year (July, August, September) embroidery/heat transfer processing times may increase; updated information will be reflected on our website.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer Standard, Priority and Express Shipping options. Shipping & handling costs are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts, before tax, and any applicable decoration charges. The exact cost of shipping will appear at the final checkout page. Orders over $300 are subject to additional handling fees.

Can I ship my order to a UPS Access Point location?
Yes, we ship to UPS Access Points for your convenience if there is one available in your area. If your order has a UPS Access Point nearby, you will see the ‘Local Pickup’ option during check out. If you choose to have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point™ location, you will receive a notification alert via email or SMS when the package has arrived and is ready to pick up. You must present a recognized form of photo ID to pick up your order.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. If you have a FrenchToast.com account, you can also track your order in your Order History.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO?
We send orders via Standard Shipping only to P.O. boxes. Within the continental United States, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. We ship Parcel Post to APO/FPO. Within the continental United States, you can expect delivery within 5-9 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Territories can expect delivery within 5-9 business days. Priority and Express shipping options are not available to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.
Do you ship internationally?
International purchases are managed through Borderfree. International orders are sent to the Borderfree shipping hub in the United States. Borderfree ships the order to its international destination. For more information visit borderfree.com/faq.
Are your shipments insured?
Yes, we automatically insure all packages.
